We hope that you are happy with your nug purchases. If you decide your order is not quite right, we can offer a refund within 28 days of delivery.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process, so please allow time for us to receive your parcel and process your payment. If you haven't received your refund within 2 weeks, please contacts us at email@example.com.
Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours to show into your account. Credit/Debit Cards may take up to 5 working days to show in your account, once a refund has been made.

Brand New Condition
All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Any items received in a non-sellable condition with not be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. This is usually a quicker way to get your desired item back to you, than waiting for an exchange to be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as nugoutdoors take no responsibility in tracking your return.
If you have received a nug as a gift, you may only return it for an exchange or gift card only. Please state this clearly when returning your item/s.
